Package Your Items
Place the unwanted items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
